EXERCISES FOR BEGINNER TO LOSE WEIGHT AT HOME (NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED)

It's quite common that we often get confused in choosing the best exercises that will work for us. Diet and exercise for weight loss are the 2 two things that have become popular because they are safe, healthy and don't cause side effects. Both diet and exercise should go hand in hand to see good result. Exercise helps a person remain in good physical condition. It also keeps them free from injury and disease. To be healthy and active a person's body should be able to cope with the demands of their environment. This demand varies for each individual but the bare minimum of fitness should be sufficient to allow a person to complete everyday tasks including walking,  squats, skipping, spot running, crunches, side leg raises and stretching.


WALK:



Walking can also help you burn more calories throughout the week. Can walking help you in burning fat? Does walking actually burn calories? The answer is, Yes.
Think about it, if you keep all other variables the same and increase your caloric expenditure, you're going to be burning more fat on a  given day. You will get stronger. Squats increase your metabolism over a longer period of time, as well as boosts natural hormones within the body that contribute to weight loss. These benefits can help you feel less stressed, feel more relaxed (mentally and physically), feel stronger and more confident, get better sleep, reduce pain and soreness in the body, more mindful, more energized. It has a big impact on what's going on in your body.
